5.0 star star star star starJenna Gartz was very thorough, thoughtful, and professional in her approach and made good suggestions for follow-up care. She has a very calm and reassuring manner, while not glossing over the need for further monitoring and possibly medication, if indicated. I would highly recommend her.

5.0 star star star star starNorthwestern Memorial Hospital is the best in the city of Chicago. The patient care teams are wonderful. The Doctors, PAs, Interns, Nurses, CNAs and Support Staff really pay attention and listen to their patients. I came to Northwestern Memorial because I knew that I would get the accurate patient care required to help treat and resolve my medical issue. i also applied and was approved for financial assistance. I'm grateful and thankful the care provided at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

5.0 star star star star starJenna has been great! I'm going to miss having her as my APRN! She has done such a great job of getting my healthcare on track. I now have all the referrals I need, as well as a new PCP. Everyone who ends up going to the Transitional Care Center is lucky to be treated by her.

5.0 star star star star starJenna is wonderful! If she was a PCP, I would keep her in a heartbeat! She doesn't talk at me, she talks to me. Also, she really listens and tries to give me the best possible advice for whatever my health issue is. I will miss her once I move on to my new PCP! Every patient who goes to the Transitional Care Center and gets Jenna is lucky to have her!

5.0 star star star star starJenna is a wonderful APRN! She listens to my questions and concerns and makes sure to always give me the best advice in how to proceed. She is very friendly and professional and I feel confident that I’m getting the best possible care from her and her fellow coworkers. The only downer is that it’s only temporary since she’s at the transitional care center! I would totally go to her permanently if I could! I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing transitional care!

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
